ASM Pest Control has been a fantastic company to deal with. They are fast, professional and thorough. The owner came within a day of me calling and I have now used his services 3 times in the last year. He also did a complementary touch up when it warmed up and the bugs returned. He explains everything in great detail; where the problem is and how to go about preventing it in the future. I called this pest control company a couple of years ago about the mice and rat issue in my house with the new development in the area. 2 people came over, changed me $200 to do an inspection. They only looked around the outside of my home and told me they saw no holes or entry ways outside except my garage door, that needed the rubber on the bottom replaced, the told me I needed to replace, saying they were getting in there.

I asked if they could set up traps or look inside my home. They said there was no need until I fixed my garage door. I asked if they would do anything else and they told me I had to set up bait stations and they would not do anything more. So I paid $200 for them to walk around my home and tell me to fix my rodent problem.

A year later I had renovations done in my home, one being replacing the siding of my home as that was where the rats were getting in. Pest control didn’t tell me this in their inspection. How did they miss this? I also had my garage door fixed too. Rats are gone but mice are still getting in. I have called another pest control company for the mice issue. I was so disappointed with this company’s service.
